                                                            MY STORY

My Story started as a young girl, at about 5 years old. I wanted to become a veterinarian. Our family had all kinds of animals growing up, These included dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, mice and of course fish. As I became a young woman, I bought my first dog. I went to a training class that a local club was giving. That was it, I had the fever for competition events. I became the head Dog Trainer for the local club I originally took classes from. I left the club and teach and train other students on my own now. I mentor students going to school to learn how to be dog trainers. Also, being a breeder & a rescuer, I can bring some of my dog behavior observations, into the teaching setting to better understand how to help my students. They have come to my class for a particular behavior they want to change in their dog. We now have horses, dogs, cats and chickens. My dogs are my passion.

I have been in the dog world for over 26 years now. I want to help people realize that by changing one thing with how they interact with their dog, that it gives them the result they desire, therefore having a well-mannered dog.

The Reason I enjoy teaching people with their dogs and changing their behavior, is the look on the owner’s face, when something so easy changed their dogs behavior and made the owner happy.

My goal is to help owners be able to live with a dog that has a behavior issue and keep it in their home. If not their dog could end up in a shelter or a rescue.

If you ever need a hand or have questions, feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you.

All the best,
